Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant
Autumn is a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA). She completed her Bachelor’s degree in Speech Sciences at the University of British Columbia (UBC) and is currently in her final year of her Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology at UBC to become a Registered Speech-Language Pathologist (RSLP).
Autumn has 2 years of experience as a trained Behaviour interventionist and has extensive experience supporting children ages 2-17 with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
She is passionate about helping children with a wide range of communication styles, including those with speech sound differences, language delays, social communication needs, and AAC users. She believes in celebrating every step of progress and tailoring support to highlight each child’s unique strengths.
In her spare time, Autumn enjoys sewing, reading, yoga, getting outdoors, and spending time with friends and family!
