Speech-Language Pathologist AssistantÂ
Priya is a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Sciences at UBC, with a minor in Special Education and Educational Psychology. She is currently on the path to pursue further studies in becoming an SLP. As a trained Behaviour Interventionist, she loves supporting individuals with diverse learning needs and is passionate about seeing their growth and progress.
Priya also has clinical experience through her volunteer work with Speech-Language Pathologists at Vancouver Coastal Health, where she supported older adults, in weekly group or 1 to 1 conversation sessions. She enjoys making meaningful connections and assisting in improving the communication skills of all individuals.
A fun fact about Priya: she has a fraternal twin sister! Priya also enjoys listening to music, doodling, and continuously expanding her knowledge about the world
